Powerleague Fives Ltd (“PWL”) and the hosts of this website (also referred to as “site” accept no responsibility for and exclude all liability in connection with browsing this site, use of information on this site and downloading any material from it including but not limited to any liability for errors, inaccuracies, omissions or misleading or defamatory statements.

We believe the contents to be true and accurate as at the date of writing but can give no assurances or warranty regarding the accuracy, currency, or applicability of any of the contents in relation to specific situations and particular circumstances. Except in respect of death or personal injury arising from negligence, PWL and the hosts of this site and each of the local enterprise companies hereby exclude liability for any claims, losses, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to any information and/or services provided on our website including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages, compensatory damages or loss of profits or data whether based on a breach of contract or warranty, delict or tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise.
8. Any discounts for Powerleague products and services communicated in promotional literature can be removed or amended at any given time depending on availability.
9. We offer a 48-hour notice period on all pitch bookings for cancellations. If cancellation falls outside the 48-hour notice period, then full pitch price will be applied. All refunds are processed as quickly as possible however, please allow up to 5-7 working days. The same terms apply for any bookings made for Kids Holiday Camps.
10. We offer a full refund on Kids Parties up until 14 days of the booking. Subject to availability, you may instead choose to rearrange your booking to a new date within 3-months of your original booking.
If you cancel the party within 14 days of the date of the party, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the booking minus any deposit already paid. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for refunds to be processed. At PWL’s discretion, and subject to availability – we will try to help you rearrange your booking dependent on the reasons for the cancellation.
11. Block Pitch Bookings: Only one booking out of each block of 10 Block Booked pitches can be re-arranged. This booking must be added to the end of the previously booked block. Block Pitch Bookings: We can only accept a re-arrangement requested 7 days in advance for block bookings.
12. Functions: We can only accept cancellations which are provided 2 months in advance of the event date.
13. Management Discretion will be applied to all bookings at all times.
14. Transfer Market postings are not reviewed by Powerleague, nor are we involved in any subsequent or ongoing communication between Transfer Market users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Transfer Market postings (inclusive of the copy and/or
imagery posted), nor do we accept liability for the content of, or agreement reached within, any subsequent or ongoing communication between Transfer Market users.
15. Split payments; our standard cancellation and refund policy applies to all split payments. Cancellation and refund requests need to be made by the lead booker, requests from splitees will not be accepted. Powerleague take no responsibility for unpaid contributions, no shows or the inviting of customers to split payments, this falls with the lead booker.
Privacy Notice:
Using your personal images: by playing on a pitch with camera recording technology you consent to your personal image being recorded. In pressing the download button on the pitch, the last 30 seconds of recorded footage, which may include your personal image, will be downloaded, and made available to all members of the fixture or booking. These downloaded images will be shared by e-mail with players in the fixture or booking that register to receive copy of the images. In pressing the download button on the pitch, the downloaded images will also be supplied to
Powerleague Fives Ltd. Images which you supply to Powerleague Fives Ltd may be used in a number of ways, for example:
• Marketing promotions on internet

Powerleague Padel Terms and Conditions:
For bookings made through Playtomic we offer a 12 hour notice period on padel court bookings for cancellations. If the cancellation falls inside the 12-hour notice period, then the full cost of the booking will be applied by Playtomic, the 3rd party application used for padel bookings.
For any event bookings, the cancellation policy will be outlined in your booking agreement.
If you have booked an open match then the cancellation policy is 24 hours. If the cancellation falls inside the 24-hour period then the full cost of the booking will be applied.
In the event of players not turning up to scheduled games, responsibility lies solely between the player involved and not with Powerleague. The club does not assume any responsibility for player absences and bookings will not be refunded in this scenario.
2. Padel Court Bookings and Fees: Court Bookings & Fees
a. All court and activity bookings are all made via our 3rd party application Playtomic. The Playtomic legal conditions include rules on how and when you can book, and information we need from you to allow you to book.
b. We may change our booking terms and conditions from time to time.
c. You must pay for your court and activities booking by the Playtomic app.

3. Padel Group Bookings: Socials, Tournaments & Group Lessons
Payment must be made upon registration through Playtomic to reserve a space. The cancellation policy for group sessions is 12 hours. If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the booking, the booking will be charged in full.
Once the maximum number of attendees is reached, a waiting list will be created and customers will be contacted if places become available. If a lesson or social session is undersubscribed, management reserves the right to cancel the session.
We aim to run all group sessions irrespective of the weather. Play will continue in inclement weather at the centres discretion. However, if sessions are cancelled due to exceptional weather then customers will receive a credit for that lesson
4. Padel Memberships:
By accepting these terms and conditions you legally warrant that you can enter into a binding contract. Your membership is continuous and will automatically renew on your renewal date for the agreed reoccurring term unless you cancel your membership in the Playtomic app. By agreeing to an auto renewing product, you are giving us permission to take subsequent payments from the same payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any point before the end of your current membership term but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of that current term.
Membership payments are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and the membership cannot be placed on hold.
Under the Consumer Cancellation Regulations you are entitled to a ‘cooling off period’ and have 14 days from the day you agree to these terms to cancel your membership. Your service is provided from the time of subscription via the website and subsequently, the Playtomic app. If you cancel within the cooling off period, you will be entitled to a refund of your subscription fee. However, we do have the right to charge you for any services consumed by you during that 14-day period.
Partner Venues
Powerleague Partner Venues:
League Terms and Conditions Effective from 22nd September 2025
These T&Cs consist of a League Services Agreement and Pitch Hire Agreement, effective for sites operated by 3rd parties but booked through Powerleague under the banner of a “Partner Venue”. By applying to join a Partner Venue league, the team captain agrees to be bound by these T&Cs. Summary of Key Points of Partner Venue Terms and Conditions •
Season & Participation: Teams commit to a full season as defined by Powerleague. The team captain is personally liable for all match fees for the duration of each season, including in event of match cancellation and/or league withdrawal. (Clause 1.3, 1.6, 2.1 & 3.2) • Conduct: Misconduct by players or supporters may lead to refusal of participation or team expulsion from the league. (Clause 1.9) • Fees & Payment: Match Fees must be paid in advance. Late or missed payments can result in suspension or removal. All invoice leagues need to be paid within 14 days of the league starting. (Clause 2.3) • Match Cancellations: Cancel before 3pm on match day to limit cancellation fees; late or no-notice cancellations incur higher cancellation fees. (Clause 2.6) • Leaving & Withdrawal: Teams that withdraw before season end forfeit deposits and remain liable for remaining full season fees (both standard league matches and Power Games apply). (Clause 2.12, 3.1 & 3.2) • Power Games: Mandatory replacements for cancelled matches, with associated fees. Declining a Power Game still incurs a charge. (Clause 4.1) • Health & Safety: Participation is at player’s own risk; players/teams are advised to hold appropriate insurance cover. Powerleague is not liable for player-toplayer injuries. (Clause 5) This is an agreement for League Services between Powerplay Team Sports Ltd (Registered company number 03493457, trading as “Powerleague Partner Venues” and referred to as “Powerleague” below) and your team. We do not accept teams on any other terms. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 1.1 When a team joins a Powerleague Partner Venue league, it enters into a contract with Powerleague subject to this agreement. 1.2 The team and its individual players agree to abide by the League and Playing Rules as published on Powerleague’s website. 1.3 By signing this agreement, the team agrees to participate in and pay for the full season, including both standard matches and Power Games. The season length depends on the number of teams in the league and may exceed 10 weeks. Powerleague reserves the right to adjust the number of weeks in the season at any time. 1.4 The team will be contacted near the end of each season via text or email to confirm participation in the next season. By confirming, the team agrees to remain bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1.5 If your original league application has no available space, you may, with Powerleague’s agreement, join a nearby league without completing a new application. These Terms and Conditions apply to all leagues you participate in, regardless of venue. 1.6 The Team Captain is solely responsible for all team fees and any debts incurred. They remain personally liable for all such amounts, even if they cease to be Team Captain during the season. Powerleague will only recognise a change in Team Captain upon receipt of a valid application submitted via the website or app. 1.7 The team captain (who completes the application form and agrees to the T&Cs) must be aged 18 or over. 1.8 All players must be aged 16 or over. 1.9 Powerleague reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to, or remove any team or individual from, a league for breaching these Terms & Conditions or the Playing Rules, or for any conduct—by players, supporters, or affiliates—deemed inappropriate, unsporting, abusive, or damaging to the safety or reputation of the league. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical abuse, threats, discriminatory behaviour, or repeated failure to meet match obligations. 1.10 Mixed leagues permit teams regardless of players’ gender identity. Teams are encouraged to have a mixed gender composition for fairness. 1.11 Powerleague promotes an inclusive and respectful environment. Failure to behave respectfully may result in suspension or bans. 1.12 All teams must register a team name for identification purposes on league tables and fixtures. Team names must align with Powerleague’s inclusive, family-friendly standards and must not contain profanity or offensive language. Powerleague reserves the right to require a team to change its name if it does not meet these standards. Failure to comply may result in removal from the league.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT 2.1 The team captain is responsible for all match fees and clearing arrears. 2.2 Total match fees are as stated on Powerleague’s website and app and as confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of each season 2.3 Match fees must be paid either in full within 14 days of the season start (if invoiced) or in advance of each match via direct debit. Payment must be received by 3pm on the day of the game. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension from the league and forfeiture of the fixture. VAT invoices or receipts are available upon request. 2.4 Payment methods include website, app, bank transfer, and in selected locations cash or on-site card terminal. These additional methods are offered at Powerleague’s discretion and may be withdrawn with one week’s notice. 2.5 Each team must register a minimum of 5 players via the website or app. 2.6 Match Cancellation Charges: • 2.6.1 Teams participating in Standard Leagues (defined as leagues located outside the M25) who notify the League Manager of non-attendance before 3pm on the day of the fixture will be charged their standard match fee. • 2.6.2 Teams participating in London Leagues (defined as leagues located within the M25) who notify the League Manager of non-attendance before 3pm on the day of the fixture will be charged double their standard match fee. • 2.6.3 Teams participating in Standard Leagues (defined as leagues located outside the M25) who notify the League Manager of non-attendance from 3pm onwards on the day of the fixture, or fail to provide notice at all, will be charged double their standard match fee. • 2.6.4 Teams participating in London Leagues (defined as leagues located within the M25) who notify the League Manager of non-attendance from 3pm onwards on the day of the fixture, or fail to provide notice at all, will be charged an additional £20 on top of double their standard match fee. 2.7 Absent teams forfeit their match 5-0 (football) or 20-0 (netball). If both teams forfeit, 0-0 is recorded. 2.8 Failure to pay fees may result in league removal. 2.9 By agreeing to these Terms, the Team Captain authorises Powerleague to charge any outstanding amounts to the payment method(s) provided at registration. This includes match fees or cancellation charges. 2.10 Powerleague reserves the right to withhold end-of-season rewards or prizes from teams with outstanding balances. 2.11 Where applicable, a refundable deposit is payable as a condition of league entry. This deposit is refundable only in accordance with Clause 3 and will be forfeited for early withdrawal, breach of terms, or unpaid balances. 2.12 Due to variations in season duration and match fees, the total cost per season varies. As a guide, teams can expect to pay between £350 to £2000 per season, including Power Games. Match fees, season duration and total cost per season will be confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of each season
3. LEAVING PROCEDURE AND SETTLEMENT OF FEES 3.1 Teams may only withdraw from a league at the end of a published season. 3.2 The registered Team Captain at the time of withdrawal is fully responsible on behalf of the team for all outstanding payments. 3.3 Teams confirming participation for the next season via text or email remain bound by these T&Cs. 3.4 Teams that provide timely notice of their intention to leave a league once a season has finished will have any deposit balance refunded to the Team Captain within 28 days via bank transfer. Teams that leave before the end of the season will forfeit their deposit and remain liable for the full season’s fees. 3.5 Teams removed for disciplinary reasons will not receive a deposit refund. 3.6 Powerleague reserves the right to engage third-party debt collection agencies to recover unpaid balances. The Team Captain agrees to bear any additional fees, interest, legal costs, or charges associated with recovery. 3.7 The Team Captain consents that if any outstanding fees remain unpaid, Powerleague may charge the amounts owed to the debit or credit card details previously provided. 3.8 Teams with a credit balance upon leaving are entitled to a refund if claimed within 6 calendar months of their final game. After this period, any unclaimed credit will no longer be refundable. 3.9 Powerleague reserves the right to amend fixtures and match times after they have been published on the website, if deemed necessary. The season length may also be extended at any time—for example, to accommodate new teams or to reschedule cancelled matches. Where possible, Powerleague will operate on Bank Holidays. In such cases, if fixtures are published, standard terms and conditions will continue to apply.
4. POWER GAMES 4.1 Power Games are mandatory substitutes for cancelled or vacancy fixtures. Failure to participate in a Power Game offered at the same time as a league game will result in a non-refundable standard match fee charge. 4.2 Powerleague will endeavour to schedule Power Games at the same time as the original fixture; however, fixture times may occasionally be amended. Teams will be notified in as much notice as possible if any changes to their game. 4.3 Power Games will contribute to an additional regional league table, managed quarterly, with prizes awarded to a series of winners at the end of each quarter. 4.4 Playing Power Games over and above league games incurs an additional £10 charge and qualifies for the regional league and prizes. 4.5 If Powerleague is unable to offer a Power Game, or if the team cannot play at the alternative time offered, no match fee will be charged. The team will be offered the use of the pitch for a kickabout at a cost of £20.
5. HEALTH & SAFETY 5.1 The team acknowledges that these events are contact sports and involve inherent risks to all participating players. 5.2 Powerleague does not provide personal or player-to-player injury insurance. Teams/Individual are advised to purchase appropriate insurance cover. 5.3 Powerleague takes care to select suitable, safe venues and qualified officials. However, as it does not have exclusive use of the venues, Powerleague cannot control who is admitted or how the venues are used and maintained before each team’s match. 5.4 Team captains must ensure the match does not start unless they are confident the surface and conditions are safe. 5.5 Team Captains must report any perceived dangers, violence (or threats thereof), or any other misconduct to a Powerleague representative at the earliest opportunity. 5.6 Smoking, alcohol, and anti-social behaviour are strictly forbidden. Powerleague reserves the right to ban entire teams for violations.
6. LIABILITY AND BREACH 6.1 Powerleague will provide services with reasonable skill and care. 6.2 If Powerleague breaches this agreement and the breach is capable of remedy, Powerleague will make reasonable efforts to provide a solution mutually acceptable to both the team and Powerleague. 6.3 Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Powerleague’s negligence, Powerleague shall not be liable to the team by reason of any condition or other term, or duty at common law, or under the express terms of this agreement, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of Powerleague, its employees or agents or otherwise) suffered by the team which arise out of or in connection with the provision of Powerleague’s services. 6.4 Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Powerleague’s negligence, the entire liability of Powerleague shall not exceed 3 times the total amount paid by the team to Powerleague pursuant to the league in respect of which Powerleague committed a breach or tort.
7. GENERAL 7.1 Powerleague may subcontract any of its obligations under this Agreement without prior notice. However, Powerleague shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any subcontractor. 7.2 This Agreement shall not be assignable by the team without Powerleague’s prior written consent. Powerleague may assign this Agreement to any person or entity. 7.3 Powerleague shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delay in the performance or non-performance of any of its obligations where the same is occasioned by any cause whatsoever that is beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to an Act of God, war, civil disturbance, unpreventable flood, failure or neglect on the part of any utility supplying electricity, gas or water, the unavailability of or the prevention of access to premises, governmental regulations, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, strike, lock-out or trade dispute (whether involving its own employees or those or any other person), difficulties in obtaining staff or materials, breakdown of machinery, fire or accident or loss of premises. Should any such event occur Powerleague may cancel or suspend the Agreement without incurring any liability for any loss or damages thereby occasioned. 7.4 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of English and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
8. REFER A TEAM OFFER 8.1 This offer is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time. 8.2 Valid only for Powerleague Partner Venue leagues. 8.3 Powerleague reserves the right to verify eligibility and may withhold or reclaim referral payments in cases of misuse, fraud, or scheme circumvention. 8.4 Referrers earn £50 after the referred team has played and paid for at least 3 games, provided the team is new. 8.5 Referral payments have no limit if conditions are met. 8.6 The offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Pitch Hire Agreement This is an agreement for the hire of sports facilities between Powerplay Team Sports Ltd (Registered company number 03493457, trading as “Powerleague Partner Venues”) and your team. We do not accept teams on any other terms. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 1. The team agrees to book a series of 10 or more individual pitch hires. 2. The interval between each hire must be not less than one day and not more than 14 days. 3. This pitch hire agreement is in respect of the same activity, at the same location. 4. The team has exclusive use of the pitch. 5. Consideration is payable by reference to the whole series and is evidenced by written agreement.

OVERVIEW:
During the Promotion Period (as described below), entrants may participate online on the Promotion Website by answering featured predictive questions about Powerleague games relating to Champions League, Premier League, Europa League, and Conference League fixtures. Entrants who correctly answer questions and complete the registration process will earn points (each a “Point”) for a chance to win prizes. The objective of the Promotion is to accumulate the most points for a chance to win weekly and seasonal prizes, based on leaderboard positions.
Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements outlined herein.
Once registered, entrants may participate by answering predictive questions relating to scheduled football fixtures. Points will be earned for each correct answer. The scoring structure will be outlined on the Website. Entrants can adjust their picks until the start of the first match in each round.
