No, refunds are not available once the league has begun. However, if you withdraw before the league starts and before the registration deadline, a refund will be processed automatically through Playtomic.

If a team is unable to play at the scheduled time, they must notify their opponents as soon as possible and arrange a new match time. The club should also be informed so the court booking can be cancelled and rescheduled. If the match is rescheduled less than seven days in advance, the new court cost will not be included in the entry fee.
-
Yes, you may bring in a substitute player of a similar skill level if one player is unable to participate. The club must be notified of this change, and it is the team’s responsibility to arrange a substitute. If a replacement cannot be found, the match will be forfeited.
-
If a team fails to show up without notifying their opponents, they will forfeit the match and receive a penalty of –2 points.
-
In case of bad weather, matches will continue if possible. Covered courts should not require cancellations, while for uncovered courts, play will proceed as long as it’s safe. The Club Manager or Deputy Padel Manager will decide on match cancellations in unsafe conditions, such as high winds or thunderstorms. If matches are cancelled due to weather, the league will be extended by one week to allow for make-up matches.
