TAKING THE EXTRA STEP

Playing small-sided football, netball, and padel are all excellent aerobic activities, greatly benefiting heart health. You should never be discouraged from participating. However, in case of emergencies, our Powerleague venues are equipped with defibrillators. To locate one, please speak with a member of staff at your local club. No training is required to use a defibrillator, and acting quickly can improve cardiac arrest survival rates by 50-75%.

For further questions or guidance, please contact your local club or email us using the button below.

If you play at one of our Partner Venues, please contact enquiries@powerleague.com to understand which health and safety procedures are available at your venue.
